Gimmick

Chinese New Year is coming soon. It is about 3 weeks to go. Most of the hypermarkets are having their promotion lately.


Giant hypermarket's staffs are rude and ridiculous. They treated us so badly. Giant advertised that MILO (each customer is limited for 3 packets). However, we were told that each family is limited for 2 packets when we were paying in the cashier counter today morning.


This is a serious gimmick. Giant's staffs shouldn't treat customer in this way. They blocked us even though we were going to pay separately in different counters. Such a ridiculous action. They have double standards in handling this case. How did they fairly judge people are from a family? How did they control a family from buying more than 2 packets? What I can say is they are extremely STUPID!

Besides, there were two ladies asking us to give her a packet of MILO separately. One of them was begging and insulting us. I am really don't understand. Things should be first come fist serve. It is not the matter of our selfishness and greediness. This is our right! Where is our consumer right then?! Giant, please improve your marketing strategy and staff development ok?
