Lonely Mooncake Festival

Today is the mooncake festival. I do not have any activity and event today.

I just have relatives' visit at our new house in the afternoon.

It is a quiet, peaceful and lonely night right now. My parents went out for friend's child wedding dinner. I am alone at home. I think I will go for an "exciting" and "erotic" blog surf later.

 

Super Mum

I was tidying my bedroom and study hall yesterday. It was not easy to categorize those stuffs. There were clothes, accessories, stationery, books, magazines, instruments and etc......

I am really salute to my mum as she did most of the tidy up on the household stuffs for this round of house moving. There were a lot of things that she settled by herself. Utensils for kitchen, cleaning material for bathrooms and laundry, curtains for bedrooms and so on. She is really a super woman. I am really thankful to her.

Facebook On Hypptv

I try facebook on hypptv interative channel today.

Overall, it is not very reliable. The newsfeed is hardly shown on the hypptv. I could not find the updates from friends. Besides, some items from the "like" page like videos and pictures cannot be shown on the hypptv. I am not sure due to the filtering or facebook and hypptv system limitation.

Good Bye Umobile

I went to terminate my Umobile broadband yesterday as I have UNIFI now. The termination process is quite simple and fast. They just need to verify MyCard and pay all of the outstanding balance for the account. Everything was settled within 10-15 minutes only.

Actually Umobile broadband with MiFi UB68 is quite a good plan. Unfortunately, the downloaded and uploaded data are limited. It is not enough for me to do video streaming.

The billing date of the service is at the beginning of each months. You have to terminate the account right before the billing date to prevent wastage. It is because the termination is at once after you have applied for the termination.

Resident Evil Retribution

In order to utilize the high speed broadband, I watched the online movie with PPStream last Wednesday. It is Resident Evil Retribution. I am quite fond of it because it is a sci-fi movie. 

There are a few scenes in previous episode which I still remember until today are shown in this Resident Evil 5. First, it is the head chopping scene due to the uncontrolled lift. Second, it is the laser cutting scene to kill the human into pieces. Such a scary and disgusting scenes which I still remember after years.

Terrible traffic

Today is the first day I go to work from my new house. I was using the new route. 

The journey from company back to home is still acceptable. However, the journey from home to company is quite terrible. There were a lot of cars no matter how early I went out today morning at about 6.30am. I have to come out from home even earlier by tomorrow. I do not know how long can I sustain. Hopefully everything will be alright.

Banking for Address Amendment

I went to update my mailing address at three banks yesterday. All of the banks practice in a different manner. Two banks require thumb print verification while another bank did not require for it.

If you have an either one to sign account, you are not eligible to change your mailing address alone. It requires both of the account holder to sign. The either one to sign is actually applicable for withdrawal only as told by the customer service executive of one of the banks yesterday.

Moved and Tired

It is really really really tired today. Moving house...... I can stand with it anymore. Zzz......

Cleaning Smart

Thank you for the invention of vacuum cleaner. It is really a helpful appliance to ease the difficulty of sweeping the floor. It avoided my hands to get hurt due to the outdated manual broom.

I cleaned up mostly the whole house alone. I did vacuum and mop the bedroom, living room, washroom......Tired but with satisfaction.

Trustworthy

No more trustworthy on those contractors especially the carpenter. Hold your money. It is much more powerful than anything else.

Most of the contractors did not keep their words. Don't trust them easily. The just did not turn up without any notice even though they promised to you previously. Irresponsible......

Busy Tired Late

It is really a busy day. A lot of things that I have to follow up closely due to lack of time.

Alarm system, UNIFI system, cabinet and etc......

It is quite a nice day as their services are commendable.

A young, stylish and handsome sales service men. A huge, helpful and humble technical support men. An old, experience and serious skillful men.

Nice to be a frot partner.....Nice to be a work partner......Nice to be a business partner...... 

Taboo

A bit fussy to move house due to the taboo. I noticed that the taboo was created by yourself sometimes.

Please don't be so rigid.  It makes everything was full with obstacles. Everything depends on you only. If you think it is ok, then it is alright. We just need to try our best to follow the taboo. In fact, we created problem to ourselves if we become too stubborn on it. Throwing the dried tea leaves, salt and rice became complicated even though I thought it was just a simple ceremony before moving in to the new house.

UNIFI Installation

The UNIFI installation was not done successfully as what I had expected previously.

In fact, the installer only used up about 3 hours to complete the installation without any problems on the cable TV, internet and telephone. Perhaps this was due to my selection for this standard installation. The installer only installed the fibre optic cable for me. They did not even need to installed the ethernet cable because I used the powerline adapter TL-PA211 Kit that can utilize the existing electrical cable as ethernet cable for data transmission. It cost me around RM150/pair.  

However, as what I have expected, the installer did not bring the telephone cable. Anyhow, I got my telephone cable installed after 2 days which following my previous plan after a series of calls to UNIFI support line. A kindly reminder here. Ensure you get all of your items during your UNIFI standard installation. Here is the list (for landed house):

1) Fibre Termination Box (FTB)
2) Broadband Termination Unit (BTU)
3) Residential Gateway (RG)
4) DECT Phone
5) Set-Top-Box (STB)
6) Fibre Wall Socket (FWS)

How much does a promise worth?

Recently I have dealt with several people about the house renovation matter. There are various kind of people. However, I am quite sick to deal with those people who never keep their words.

Most of them did not turn up to carry out their task on the scheduled date. I am wondering what were the reasons? Are they too busy? Are they poor in planning? Are they lack of good management system?

Basically they are the one who plan out the date. Eventually they just did not turn up on that day and not even a re-schedule memo or call from them. Therefore we did continuous follow up with them. There is one contractor delayed his installation work for a day initially up until a week now. What the heck! I am sure he will not success in his business in the future. Also, such a terrible attitude he has. Arrogant! Don't think that you are experience and you knew everything. Flaunt one's age or seniority - 倚老卖老.

Good Wife

Today I feel surprisingly fine to attend a wedding dinner. Perhaps there is no pressure of marriage at this moment since we are busy for house moving. Besides, the wedding dinner atmosphere and pace look considerable standard without silly Q&A between the bride and groom with the emcee.

Wedding dinner is such an expensive gathering dinner with friends that you did not meet for ages. I chatted with my friends about works and career. Unfortunately, relationship matter is a unavoidable topic. I am a bit awkward to talk about it. I think I need to learn on how to deal with it. I need to be strong to face it. 

Sometimes, I feel envy to see couples are getting together and married one by one. I chose to avoid all of these by hiding myself at home. This is to prevent myself from knowing and looking at their lovely relationship directly. I think of getting married if there is a girl who:

1) tolerate on my periodically ignorance
2) stay peacefully with my parents
3) independent on carrying out her own stuffs
4) pretty physically and sexy on bed
5) supportive on whatever I do
6) less responsibility on her family
7) understanding on ignorance
8) less demanding on everything 

Perseverance

Please don't be so perseverance. I am really afraid to live together with you.

What should I do? There were just simple matters. Just let it be like that. If I knew you have great perseverance on all these, I rather choose not to buy a new house. I bought it because I want everybody to be happy. Everybody lives happily in a big great house. There were just minor defects that made those surfaces do not look perfect. It won't really affect our living.

Do you know it reflect a scary pictures for me? That's why I chose not to get married at this moment. I hate "WAR". I love you so much. I don't want anyone of you get hurt. Again, I become phobia to women further because of these. 

Besides, I don't really sure I am gay or g0y but definitely I am not fully straight. I am attracted to men a lot. Even though I am attracted to women as well, I am not sure whether this is due to family/society influences. Mum, I hope you can let it go. Not only on those simple matters, but also my marriage. You are pushing me further if you become more perseverance on my marriage. I just want to be myself. I feel really tough to pretend myself that is not supposed I am. I am not sure how much and how long I can pretend. I only need your understanding. Please do not urge me to commit a normal marriage that doesn't seem NORMAL for me. I really hope you can let it go. I don't mean to hurt anyone of you.

Identify LGBT

This news caught my attention. I was a bit moody after reading the news. I am kinda sick to see this kind of news. Such an intolerance and stereotypes rule. Do you know, you are trying to push more people to death. Do you know how tough to hide the real spirit of myself from the society? Now, it is getting worse with the guidelines. You are trying to murder more people in this way. I just want to be myself. I am attracted to both men and women (more to men without my control). I wish to have an athlete body built(average muscular but not stocky muscular), I wish I could show my body if it is well built. I prefer tight and light-coloured clothes in order to look young and bright. I like fitted and black/white suit as it looks cool and mature. I don't like to bring big handbags at all. Who am I? Gay? G0y? Guy? Due to your guidelines, I have to hide my preference and myself more stringently. I don't know how much I can sustain. I am really stress up. If there is an option, I definitely will not choose to attracted to men. The path is really tough and I am a bit helpless. I wish to be who am I. However, does my society allow me to be myself? I can just hide myself deeper and deeper.

"The Education Ministry had endorsed "guidelines" to help parents to identify gay and lesbian "symptoms" in their children so they can take early corrective measurements.

The guidelines list four symptoms each of gays and lesbians:

Symptoms of gays:

-Have a muscular body and like to show their body by wearing V-neck and sleeveless clothes;
-Prefer tight and light-coloured clothes;
- Attracted to men; and
- Like to bring big handbags, similar to those used by women, when hanging out.

Symptoms of lesbians:
- Attracted to women;
- Besides their female companions, they will distance themselves from other women;
- Like to hang out, have meals and sleep in the company of women; and
- Have no affection for men.

"Once the children have these symptoms, immediate attention should be given," the guidelines warn.

According to Sin Chew Daily, the guidelines published by Yayasan Guru Malaysia Bhd and Putrajaya Consultative Council of Parents and Teachers Associations, and endorsed by the Education Ministry, were launched during a seminar in Penang yesterday.

The seminar on "Parenting in addressing the issue of LGBTs (lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgenders)" was organised by Yayasan Guru Malaysia Bhd and officiated by Deputy Education Minister Mohd Puad Zarkashi.

Penang is the fourth state to hold such a seminar, after Selangor, the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur and Perak, and yesterday's seminar in Penang was the 10th in the country.

Puad is quoted by Sinar Harian today as saying that the exposure of symptoms of gays and lesbians was the best approach to address the spread of such unhealthy phenomenon among students. "

Stupid...... Love is no longer the reason for a couple to be together. I can't foresee the happily ever after future anymore. 同甘共苦 is no longer applicable in today's couples.

Earn more while you are still young...... Hey, you thought I am stupid? Earn more is just to fulfill your greediness and pride only. Had you ever think at people's point of view or situation? I am done with all these! My heart is full with hatred and anger. I am a bit pyscho again. Can you please let me live peacefully? I have my own way to live! Mind your own business. Go to control your husband instead of me. Women always like to control their men. I think I should invent something which is able to prohibit women from controlling their men.

Dangerous Highway

Today I have a scary experience on the highway. Thanks god for protecting me.

I came back from the training at another nice and new developed town in Malaysia. The environment is good, non-hectic and beautiful. Cyberjaya is the place.

On the returning home journey, my car was nearly collided. I was on the middle lane with about 120 kmh speed. The VIVA car driver drove rapidly on the right lane of the new SKVE highway. Suddenly there were dogs or cats or goats on the highway mostly right lanes. In order to avoid the animals, the driver cut into my lane without considering my car was in parallel with it. In no time, I cut into the left lane as well to avoid the VIVA and animals. My car was making braking noise loudly and twisted left and right for a moment due to the emergency brake and avoidance to the car. 

Thanks god! No car was parallel with mine at the moment and I managed to avoid the VIVA. I escaped from the accident. The VIVA driver still drove off in a swift after passing the area. The VIVA driver shouldn't continue to drive so fast after the incident. Anyhow, I am safe and I am really thankful to god. I must be careful next time. I should be 100% alert all the time on the highway.

Bargain

Yesterday I went to buy, claim and replace the lighting at the shop which is located nearby my workplace. Surprisingly I found the row of shops successfully without any problem as I did plan out the routes with google maps previously, so as the journey of going back to my workplace. Luckily there was empty car park slot as well. There was minor issue as I couldn't find the particular shop initially. I was walking from one end to another one of the row of shops. Perhaps I was impatient and careless during the searching. I kept on looking for the shop's name only. After calling my dad, I was being advised to refer to the shop lot number. I was about shocked as I thought it was located opposite shops a distance away because my dad told me that the shop was at the ground floor that I didn't see it at all. Actually it was just located on the 2nd floor at where I stood temporarily at the moment when I made the call.

I bought the new set of wall lamp due to the broken of glass cover during installation. The mark up price for the lighting is damn high. Shelf price is about RM120. Previously bought price is about RM60. Now I bought it at RM40. Therefore we must bargain on the prices when we wanna buy lighting. Besides lighting, there are a few items that we need to bargain on the price too. As I know, they are spectacles and furniture. Be a smart consumer unless you are more than enough to spend in your life.

Besides, I went to one of the restaurant at the same row of shops for lunch since I was there already. Business was not good as there is only another customer over there. Set lunch cost is RM7.80++. I ended up need to pay for about RM8++, maybe due to the taxes.

1st Round Cleaning

Today we go to clean up our new house for the first round. Perhaps this is the 2nd or 3rd round of cleaning for my parents. They just can't stand with the dirt and mess in the house.

I wiped the windows and their grills in the bedrooms. Besides, I mopped the floor and washed the toilets as well. Overall, it is quite tiring today. Although it is tiring but i do feel the satisfaction. I think I need to make my life to become busier yet meaningful in the future.

Lighting Installation

Today is a tiring day. We had our new house lighting installation.

Light bulb does have a lot of types as well. There are three main brightness. They are:

1) Warm white (brownish)
2) Cool white (yellowish)
3) Cool daylight (bright white)

Ceiling Fan Dismantlement and Installation

Do you think your neighbours will offer you a special rate when providing you any service under their professionalism? The answer is "NO".

This is sad. Relatives are in the same category as well. They will not really considered you as a special person and giving you a good deal.

Do you know how much is the market service charges for the installation and dismantlement of a ceiling fan? Well, 3 fans were dismantled and 1 fan was installed. Total charge is RM75 by my Indian neighbour. I did not ask him about the charges in details. My dad self-defined the charges as below:

Installation & Dismantlement: RM15 / fans
Out of Site Charge: RM30

He was not out of site either but he assumed it was. He just walked out from his house to mine. Eventually he just requested for RM70 as we did not have small money at the moment. Discount RM5 better than nothing. Haha!

Tang Wei SK II

I like this SK II advertisement a lot. Tang Wei is really pretty with this hairstyle. I like her swinging hair. Cool and attractive. I get to know this artist due to the popular movie Lust Caution - 色戒. She was nude with Tony Leung in a sex scene. She has a pair of nice boobs also. However I prefer her look in this advertisement.

 

Unifi Telephone Wiring Plan

Today I research a lot on my Unifi installation plan. Hopefully the technician will help me to install in the way as shown in the wiring diagram, especially the blue bold line which representing the telephone cable. This is because I want all of the existing telephone jack in the house works as well to prevent wastage of the jack points.

Hairstyle

Personally, I like the 東方神起 - Changmin's hairstyle in this K-Pop Festival in Japan. In fact he has a cute face. It made him even looks more attractive with this hairstyle. This curly hairstyle is cool. I thought of having it......the hairstyle......haha

Plan & Move

There are a lot of things to plan out before moving to a new house. I really appreciate as parents were busy arranging everything all the while.

There are too many minor and major stuffs to be worried. A lot of installation work is required. I helped to plan and list out all the remaining works to be carried out. This is to prevent overlooking on some important stuffs.

Installation of water tap, air-conditioner, water heater, hanger, light, fan, cabinet, mirror, alarm, curtain and etc...... It is really tiring even though I just do the listing......I am really thankful to my greatest parents on their effort for all of these.

Tokyo K-Pop Festival

I missed the Malaysia National Day's special programme last 2 days at 8TV. It is the Tokyo K-Pop Festival. Actually the programme trailer caught my attention. Unfortunately I missed the programme.

The music and dance in the trailer are great. However I do not manage to trace back the pretty girls team who shake their butts in a sexy way and the handsome boys who shake their chest in a cool manner as well. Anyone can help me to trace back the trailer? They are sexy and cool. Yummy!

The Small Town Life

I was hesitating to update my blog yesterday because the internet speed is extremely slow over there. How do you think about the small town life without good internet service? Let me share with you about my one day life in this small town.

1) Ate breakfast at home and walked around in the housing area.
2) Took a stroll in a nearby park.
3) Played with nieces, watched television, took a nap, ate lunch/tea break at home.
4) Ate dinner at a restaurant without air-conditioner.
5) Shopped in a clothes shop and drove through around the town.
6) Watched television, ate supper, chatted at home.

I watched AVATAR yesterday night via TV2. This was the second time I watched this movie. I felt it is wonderful as I had a bad experience when I watched the 3D version in cinema at the first time. I felt really dizzy to watch the 3D version with the stupid spectacles. Besides, it was without subtitle as well that made me cannot feel the touchingness of the movie by that time. Well, the most interesting part for this trip could be AVATAR. Thank you to my sister and brother-in-law as well for your kindness to spend me on those nice food.
