How much can you trust your colleagues?
I told her about my intention of leaving and waiting for better offer. How dare I? Perhaps, her trustworthy level is significant high as she had hand over her resignation letter and under her termination notice service period now. My instinct told me that the risk of being back stabbed is low and I am not going to work for a long time in this company.
Perhaps, my current company gave a few of bad impressions to me recently. Late claim, unfair termination period (3 months!!!), no insurance coverage, unclear policy and etc...... Sigh!
