Monthly: Electricity, water, internet+cable tv+telephone, mobile phone......
Semi-annually/ Annually: sewage, assessment, quit rent, house insurance, medical insurance, life insurance, legal fees for transfer and charge, toll, car maintenance......
Hardly to have cost saving! Is it worth to travel so far to work? A harsh decision to make. Should I stay or should I go? Again......scratching my head to think about it. Hate to listening the roof leaking sound as raining heavily outside now......
