I felt really worry and pressure after our school meeting. Our superior used a negative way to pressure us to work out on students intake. It was like we were being threatened if we do not cooperate in marketing task, we may end up with department closure.
Unfortunately, how do we market ourselves? Learning experience? Committed staff? We were really being demoralized. Good or bad were all depending on you, boss! You asked us to convince ourselves that we are better in order to convince our prospective students. However HOW if the reality is NOT?
