I was wondering why my superior hired in so many "weird" ex-staff? I got to know from my colleague that there was a ex-colleague went through the legal path to fight for his employee RIGHT? He made everyone in the company fell in an awkward trouble. I doubted he was not aware on his own problem. Sigh......
