Food vs Stomach 29 Nov

I had a stomachache and I went to toilet for a couple of times.

Suspected......
1. Breakfast oat too sticky which was prepared by mum?
2. Lunch mixed rice portion was too much?
3. Lunch mixed rice was not clean?
