Insurance agent 19 Dec

I felt a bit angry with my insurance agent due to his poor service. He did not inform me anything on the request that I had made previously. I only got to know from online feedback that my request was rejected. Also, he did not reply my message and just an ignorance. I felt no trust to any insurance agent anymore. Better I settled everything by myself.
