I discussed with one of my colleague about my coming semester workload. Kinda unbelievable and unacceptable arrangement. All the while, I remained silence didn't mean I didn't care. Definitely I would fight back if it was over my limitation.
During our lunch, there was a colleague seemed sorrow as another colleague triggered it. I guessed it was due to his research was extended for correction in a year. That's the scary part of research. No guaranteed and uncertainty.
