After I had upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S2 firmware to ICS 4.0.3, the battery discharging was unstable. It discharged for more than 50% within the night when the phone was in idle mode.
I did try for several methods from the internet but it didn't help much for the stabilization of battery discharging. The phone was getting freaking hot and caused the battery discharged drastically.
I did kill the running applications. I did clear the cache. I did clear the RAM. I did dismantle the battery and install it back. It became better for sometimes only. I was still configuring of the cause of the abnormal discharging problem.
