There are good examples that companies gave good bonus, increment and benefit to the employee after their hard work. However, there are bad examples as well.
SALARY decrement???
No annual LEAVE???
With the NAME of director???
Hard work pays off. To be realistic, I think we should give ourselves a timeline to have the rewards, else we are just being a stupid workaholic.
