Concrete Imprint

Today I learn about a new process which is the concrete imprint. Site Preparing (White Sheet/Steel Net) - Concrete Pouring - Harderner Applying - Release Agent Applying - Pattern Stamping - Surface Cleaning - Expansion Gap Cutting - Decoration - Sealer Applying. This is due to the complaint on the defect concrete imprint in the new house. 

Such an irresponsible contractor and developer. They are not professional. The colour at the repairing patch is not match with the original's. Some neighbours' house are even worse. They covered the whole concrete imprint with glossy dark colour which is ugly and totally different from the original's. They did not do that to mine as the house was under renovation at that reworking time. Hopefully they can rework it in a proper manner as soon as possible. I think I need to make a complaint officially via email.
