Recently, I read and watched a lot of news through the media about the crime in Malaysia. I feel more insecure nowadays. Places like shopping complex's car park became a hot spot for those snatching thieves.
Yesterday night, parents went to a relative's wedding dinner. I was quite worrying throughout the night as they reached home at about 11.30pm. Purposely, I set alarm to wake me up at about 10.30pm in order to ensure parents were back in home safely. The time of waiting was really long and worrying. I was worried and indeed it was due to the recent occurrence crimes. Thanks god and I heard noises of my parents late at 11.30pm. Consequently I only managed to sleep sweetly.
Now, I only understood parents' feeling. I was shamed that I did not assure or inform them my location when outing previously. I thought of having privacy(who did I went out with). Perhaps I should tell them where am I going at least.
