PC Problem

My PC is getting worse nowadays. It can't be turned on sometimes as it gave a continuous beep sound once the power on button is pushed.

Today, I watched the drama and it hung for two times within one episode streaming. I think I should buy a new computer. Unfortunately I don't have no budget now. Let me win the Toto Mega!!! Hahaha! (seldom buy nowadays then how to win?)
