I formatted my smart phone last Sunday. I did the factory data reset due to some reasons:
1) Samsung's staff told me that I had to factory reset my SGS2 in order to reset the registered mobile number for Samsung Dive service (a service for lost mobile phone tracking)
2) Mobile phone encountered hung issue during typing
Eventually, I get my phone reset and everything is work as normal now. Unfortunately, there are some information that I couldn't retrieve back, especially those games history. Google did not do a thorough back up on all those information. Be aware, if you wanna do a factory reset. Perhaps you may try to back up those information with a certain application. Please do suggest if you know any powerful application that can do that.
