It was my colleague farewell day. We went to have our lunch together in a shopping mall.
He is the laboratory technician. Well, I felt that he is a bit immature. I was not really sure what was going on last Friday. He proposed to one of our colleague to be her girl friend publicly. This made everything became quite awkward especially to the particular lady. He gave her something during proposing. I guessed he was joking.
Besides, this guy seems like not really willing to help and support in his last few months of tenure in the company. Perhaps he felt really imbalance during his work in this company due to it was not so rewarding. However, he should understand that rewards are exchangeable by time, effort and pressure. I think everything is fair enough for his position.
