I got shock when shopping at a hypermarket that I used to go. It cost me RM90++ with just a handy of items. After investigating, the cashier did mistake in scanning the same item for twice. Still unbelievable even this was justified. I thought there were still some mistake counts but the reality was not As a consumer, we must check our receipt before leaving the hypermarket. Cashiers could make mistakes!!!
