There were mistakes in my examination paper. The paper was mixed with another paper's questions. Luckily it wasn't my fault as the paper was not compiled by me. Besides, the students who took the paper were not many. We managed to settle it very quickly by reprinting the papers within 15 minutes as the students can continued with other questions while waiting for the reprinted paper.
Besides, there was another issue on other paper as well. There was a mistake on the cover page instruction that prohibit students from using calculator for the paper. Actually it was allowed.
