I had a gossip with colleagues. We talked about people who are going to stay and leave the company. Suddenly, our superior just joined into our discussion. Of course, the topics changed to other than what we had discussed previously.
Sometimes, I can't really understand my superior's joke or intention. I just cannot catch his words. After the leisure chat, he suddenly came to me and asked how's my girl friend's heart? I was stunned. My brain just interpreted that my superior know my ex-girl friend. Actually, he was relating to my "neighbour" who showed heart broken in the previous chat. I showed him a question marks face. It made the atmosphere a bit awkward. Perhaps it was due to generation gap? LOL!
