I went to terminate my Umobile broadband yesterday as I have UNIFI now. The termination process is quite simple and fast. They just need to verify MyCard and pay all of the outstanding balance for the account. Everything was settled within 10-15 minutes only.
Actually Umobile broadband with MiFi UB68 is quite a good plan. Unfortunately, the downloaded and uploaded data are limited. It is not enough for me to do video streaming.
The billing date of the service is at the beginning of each months. You have to terminate the account right before the billing date to prevent wastage. It is because the termination is at once after you have applied for the termination.
