OMG. I had a long chat with colleagues in cafeteria.
I had a fixed deposit in a local bank. It only can be withdrawn at the home branch. Such an inconvenience for me. Perhaps it was considered safer in this way?
Besides I received a call from another local bank due to my previous complaint. The bank charged me for an annual fee. However, by the time I insisted choose to open the account type (Basic Saving Account) which offered zero charge. How ridiculous was the staff who called me wasn't aware on this.
As usual for the night, I watched drama online.
