I was wondering about my salary after a discussion with my colleague last 2 days ago. Am I underpaid by my company?
In fact, it is very poor if compare to other well-known institutions or corporates/industries. I knew it from the conversations with my colleague, ex-coursemate and my buddy recently. However, there are too many things to be considered. Distance...... Workload...... Working time...... Environment...... etc...... Indeed, I was quite stressed up on the journey to and fro between my house and company since two weeks ago. It was much or less from the influences from my mum.
Should I stay or should I go?
